Patient Coordinator:

Job Description: The Skin Solutions team is a close-knit family of hard-working, passionate, and motivated individuals. We are looking for a Patient Coordinator who is interested in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine as well as building relationships with our patients.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service and Hospitality experience are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with high call volume and scheduling preferred
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• Passion for the skincare business and medical spa industry
• Experience using EMR and scheduling software is a plus
• Dermatology and Plastic Surgery or medical spa experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Patient scheduling, coordination & appointment reminders.
• Efficiently managing patient flow throughout the day
• Maintain a full understanding of all practitioner preferences and procedures
• Participate in departmental meetings, scheduled training sessions, and company events
• Assist with administrative duties
• Comply with HIPAA regulations
• Product Inventory and expense reports
• Must be willing to travel to and from our Greenwich, CT location 1-2x week

Pay: $31.25 - $33.66 per hour
